  • We can provide out of hours response (5pm to 8am, or hours to suit you) to speak directly with your tenants.
  • Discuss the issue and attempt to resolve the issue over the phone (where possible)
  • Decide whether immediate attendance is required and send appropriate contractor or arrange for next day repairs.
  • Contact Lettings Manager next day with update and record of any calls / repairs.
